Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team.
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be part of the Operations department supporting both Engineering and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?
Lead and implement Lean and DMAIC-based improvement projects to support key plant performance indicators
Coach and mentor team members in Continuous Improvement tools such as root cause analysis, 5S, and Leader Standard Work
Drive and sustain a culture of improvement through training, audits, and the CI operating system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives
Facilitate Kaizen events and share best practices across plant operations
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar CI methodologies
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to influence change and motivate cross-functional teams
