As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth. Store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: retail- and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on the connections we make with customers.

Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).

Set and reinforce clear and concise performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates through effective and fair leadership.

Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.

Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.

Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.

Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation/dissemination of company directives.

Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.

Provide individual and team performance feedback.

Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus.

Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.

Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.

Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.

Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.

Maintain safety and store cleanliness by adhering to safety standards and expectations.

Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

2+ years of experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.

Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.

Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability.

Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.

Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education

High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
