Your responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting and repairing equipment Conducting preventive maintenance to prevent downtime Ensuring that all machinery meets safety and quality standards Working closely with production teams to address issues and prioritizing maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities Collaborating with vendors to procure parts and services as needed Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our facility. Salary The salary is $37.96 hourly. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs Adhere to safety protocols and regulations Qualifications: Proven experience as a mechanic in a food production or similar industrial environment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills What is it like at Albertsons?
