3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices.

The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $21.80, + 10% differential.

This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Mold Technician! In this job you will provide technical support to a variety of molding machine. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity, and must meet requirements. Tasks require a high degree of eye‑hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. You will frequently use hand and power tools. As a Mold Machine Technician, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up molds to prepare them for production cycle.

Perform painting operations on Intelliquote parts and sensors

Assemble upper and middle sensors

Understand operation and PM requirements on various machines

Ability to use UV lighting chamber for identifying bad mix

Successfully troubleshoot intermediate equipment issues

Perform sandblasting operations as required

Ability to start and shut off mold machine following proper sequencing

Ability to perform vacuum sequence after changing material

In this job you will be required to participate in a medical surveillance program coordinated by S&C’s health service professionals.

What you’ll Need To Succeed:

High School/GED diploma required.

Experience operating and setting up mold machines

Ability to use basic math and measuring tools

Ability to work from blueprints, ordinary drawings and specifications.

Ability to use a variety of hand‑held tools and air‑impact tools.

Relevant Experience Required:

At least 1 years of mold machine experience
