About The Team In late April 2025, a new center of excellence, Global Business Operations (GBO), was established. The new function sits in the People (HR) Team, reporting to our Chief People Officer, with a dotted line to the CFO. This GBO team is led by the SVP, Global Business Operations and consists of all HR Ops, including Global Mobility & Immigration. It also supports other areas of operations across Dow Jones to focus on efficiency and to ensure all business needs are met in a timely manner.

GBO is removing barriers to execution to ensure we’re efficient in the ways we work by serving as a business operations center of excellence for the entire company and leading the successful implementation of cross‑organizational initiatives related to acceleration programs.

About The Role A brand new VP of Sales Operations position has been created within GBO, reporting to the SVP, GBO. This VP will play a critical role in scaling our revenue engine and enabling the sales team to reach peak performance. If you are a strategic operator with a passion for data‑driven growth and team leadership, we encourage you to apply.

The Vice President of Sales Operations is a senior leader responsible for driving the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the sales organization. This role oversees sales strategy, planning, processes, analytics, enablement, and technology to ensure revenue teams are equipped to meet and exceed growth objectives. As a leadership team member, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align go‑to‑market execution with company strategy in a B2B environment.

Three days a week in our mid‑town Manhattan office is required.
