Responsibilities
Process inter-company transactions, vendor invoices, commission payments, and staff claims Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and GL coding Manage payment runs, bank uploads, and daily cash transfers Perform daily/monthly bank and vendor reconciliations Assist in financial reports and variance analysis Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with accounting policies Develop/improve accounting processes and assist in management reporting Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives Assist with audits, GST filings, and corporate tax data compilation Support statutory reporting and provide guidance to junior staff Handle ad hoc finance tasks as assigned Qualifications
