10 Locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Outpatient M-F Schedule - 8am -5pm.
Primary Care setting, seeing all ages with a wonderful support team.
Opportunities for exceptional growth and development.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members.
Background Desired
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant.
Able to acquire Arizona State Medical License.
Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
