Overview
The Global Partner Manager – DXC will be responsible for driving the strategic partnership between ServiceNow and DXC Technology. This role ensures alignment of joint business objectives, execution of go-to-market initiatives, and acceleration of mutual growth across all regions and industries. Acting as the global focal point for DXC, you will orchestrate strategy, execution, governance, and performance to maximize joint customer success and drive partner-led growth. Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Governance
Define and execute the global DXC partnership strategy in alignment with ServiceNow’s routes to market. Establish and manage executive relationships across DXC globally, ensuring C-level alignment. Drive joint business planning, including revenue goals, solution priorities, and market expansion initiatives. Sales & GTM Execution
Collaborate with regional partner and sales leaders to execute DXC-specific go-to-market motions across Embedded Solutions, MSP, and Resale commercial models. Enable DXC to create and expand pipeline across ServiceNow’s product portfolio and industries. Support joint account planning and large deal pursuits with DXC to accelerate NNACV and adoption. Put additional focus on new joint business in North America market as that’s a key growth area. Solution Development & Innovation
Work with ServiceNow and DXC practices to build differentiated industry solutions and repeatable embedded and MSP offerings. Partner with product, industry, and alliances teams to identify and close portfolio gaps through DXC solutions. Encourage co-innovation around AI, automation, and digital transformation use cases. Performance & Metrics
Track, measure, and report on DXC partnership performance against agreed metrics (NNACV, pipeline creation, deployment, adoption, and customer satisfaction). Drive accountability through quarterly business reviews and partner scorecards. Ensure consistent executive visibility of performance, risks, and opportunities. Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with marketing, enablement, customer success, and operations to drive DXC field engagement. Align internally with regional sales, partner success, and industry teams to amplify the DXC partnership globally. Act as the global DXC champion within ServiceNow, ensuring transparency and collaboration across functions. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in global alliances, partner management, or enterprise sales roles, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation. Strong executive presence with proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships. Experience managing a large, complex global system integrator (GSI) or strategic outsourcing partner. Demonstrated success in driving joint business planning, pipeline acceleration, and partner-led revenue. Deep understanding of IT services, cloud, and enterprise transformation markets. Strong analytical, operational, and organizational skills with ability to manage global complexity. Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to align diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes. Travel - 10-15% Compensation & Benefits
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $123,900 - $204,480, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. The base pay shown is a guideline, and total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on geographic location and is subject to change based on work location. Other Information
