What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests within the automated test framework

Ensure automated tests are written according to best practices to verify functional requirements

Plan and implement testing‑related tasks within an Agile environment

Drive the adoption of test automation practices across product teams

Communicate and report on testing efforts and technical aspects of projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation

Proficiency in building QA automation for enterprise platforms at scale

Experience with SQL or Oracle databases, including database validation and writing SQL queries

Familiarity with Agile development practices and the Microsoft .NET platform

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Knowledge of UI test automation and tools such as Selenium and Test Complete

Experience with change control and build acceptance processes

Ability to create integration tests using mocks, fakes, and stubs

Familiarity with JMeter and NUnit for performance testing

Proficient in JavaScript or JScript for automation tasks
