The Senior Director of AI Quality Innovation will own the transformation of our global quality organization, driving perfection across the Global Land‑Based gaming portfolio. This person will develop and apply a new quality strategy using AI for better product reliability and player happiness.

In this role, you will work in a multifaceted, collaborative environment—partnering with development, product, project management, studios, and engineering teams—to define and uphold quality standards. This role also includes managing global quality labs, mentoring a high‑performing team, and influencing quality practices across the broader Aristocrat organization.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a worldwide quality assurance strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on AI‑powered testing and automation.

Lead cross‑functional initiatives to implement scalable, intelligent QA frameworks across product lines.

Be responsible for the operation and evolution of global Quality Labs.

AI‑Integrated Testing & Frameworks:

Champion the adoption of AI/ML for test case generation, defect prediction, and root cause analysis.

Develop and integrate AI testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and real‑time insights.

AI‑Enabled Tools & Automation:

Evaluate, select, and implement AI‑powered QA tools (e.g., autonomous testing platforms, NLP‑based scripting).

Drive innovation in test automation using generative AI, computer vision, and intelligent bots.

Enable AI‑driven automation across testing and related processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Quality Governance & Metrics:

Establish critical metrics and dashboards using AI analytics to monitor quality trends, test coverage, and release readiness.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through intelligent auditing and reporting.

Team Development & Collaboration:

Build, mentor, and lead a global QA team with expertise in AI technologies and modern testing practices.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to align quality goals with product innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD is a plus.

10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience implementing AI/ML in QA processes and tools.

Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

Hands‑on experience with AI testing platforms (e.g., Test.ai, Functionize, Applitools).

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI in test automation.

Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and microservices testing.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, FDA, GDPR) and how AI can support compliance.

Pay Range $206,023 - $382,614 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
