What You’ll Do

Capability Leadership, Growth and Strategy: Define and execute the strategic vision for the ServiceNow capability globally. Collaborate with senior leaders to align investments, talent, and go-to-market priorities. Build and evolve offerings with a strong emphasis on ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).

Client Engagement & Delivery: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their business needs, translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions, develop long-term relationships, and lead teams on strategic engagements to ensure quality delivery and meaningful work.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, shape proposals, lead solutioning, support go-to-market campaigns, and communicate ServiceNow’s value proposition.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers. Inspire, mentor, and guide the team toward high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to set talent strategy and recruit appropriately.

Solution Innovation & Quality Assurance: Oversee solution design to align with client goals, ServiceNow best practices, and Slalom standards. Champion quality, scalability, and long-term client success. Stay ahead of the curve on the ServiceNow roadmap and ecosystem changes.

Operational Leadership: Manage the team to achieve revenue and utilization goals. Ensure appropriate business rigor for managing pipeline, staffing, and project margins.

What You'll Bring

A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience with a focus on building capabilities, client engagement, delivery, business development, account management and partner alliance management.

Deep domain expertise in ServiceNow with a proven track record of ITx-focused implementation projects (IT Service Management, IT Operations Management).

Ability to support a practice vision and collaborate with practice leaders to build viable solutions for client needs.

Experience managing a consulting practice to achieve business metrics and navigating the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.

Active ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CSA, etc.) required.

Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead a team; strategic thinker with bias for action and outcomes.

Proven ability to grow teams, develop talent, and lead distributed workforces; strong client/employee satisfaction track record.

Executive presence and clear client advisory skills; ability to think strategically and solve complex business problems.

Proven leadership of ServiceNow engagements with ITx modules.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Salary ranges are provided for transparency and are subject to change based on location and qualifications. Actual compensation includes potential discretionary bonuses.
