Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Vendor and Business Operations Manager . This hybrid role will lead the oversight of vendor partnerships—specifically key ratings, research, pricing, and data providers. The role will focus on performance management, vendor governance, invoice reconciliation, process improvement, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relationship Management

Build and maintain effective partnerships with vendors through regular engagement and performance feedback. Serve as the main point of contact for supplier delivery issues and ensure contractual commitments are understood and met.

Contract and Performance Oversight

Manage vendor contractual obligations, monitor service levels, and track key performance indicators. Conduct regular risk assessments, business reviews, and support the vendor selection and onboarding process.

Expense Management

Reconcile and process vendor invoices, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain accurate expense records. Support automation and optimization of expense processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

Partner with Investment teams to document, streamline, and enhance contract management workflows. Develop reporting tools and dashboards to evaluate vendor performance and expense trends.

Project Management

Drive operational initiatives and manage small- to mid-sized projects, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, risk, and timelines. Contribute to business readiness efforts and manage competing priorities effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), with strong analytical and reporting skills

Solid understanding of process improvement, risk mitigation, and vendor governance

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
