Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a
Founding Product Designer
who is excited to own and elevate the user‑facing experience of our rapidly growing platform. Infisical is a deeply technical product with user and developer experience at the heart of our philosophy. We obsess over product design and have redesigned every part of the platform since inception, from secret syncs and rotations to Infisical PKI and SSH.
Translate product requirements into intuitive experiences, focusing on complex infrastructure and security workflows.
Develop and refine the visual design language across all of Infisical’s product lines.
Create design assets, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma.
Requirements
Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail and polished, functional user experiences (3+ years of experience).
A bias toward action – able to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma.
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
Bonus
Familiarity with the latest trends in software product design.
Experience designing for complex, technical products, ideally within developer tools or security infrastructure.
Basic understanding of frontend development (React, TypeScript).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
How You’ll Grow In this role, you will shape Infisical’s future by exploring creative product directions, owning key design decisions, and refining existing user experiences. You’ll take full ownership of design engineering and become a defining piece of our team as we scale to thousands of customers over the next 18 months.
