What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a Workday Financials expert, guiding clients through design, configuration, testing, and implementation
Recommend optimal solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe
Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions in alignment with best practices
Support clients throughout all project phases, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to Workday
Mentor fellow consultants and analysts while participating in internal training opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of Workday functional implementation experience
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software
5 years of experience implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software
Proficiency with business processes including general ledger, budgeting, and supply chain management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Report writing experience and/or Workday Financials certification
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
Willingness to reach across teams to accomplish defined goals
