The IT Systems Analyst plays a central role in driving key initiatives related to the EHR within Pinnacle Senior Living communities. Focused on project execution, this role ensures the successful implementation of process improvements, feature integrations, and system optimizations that align with both clinical and operational needs. By closely collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams, the IT Systems Analyst ensures timely delivery of projects, fosters cross‑functional alignment, and enhances overall operational efficiency and quality care delivery.
Job Duties Support Requests & Configuration Tasks
Respond to and resolve support requests related to PointClickCare (PCC) from clinical and financial teams across Pinnacle senior living communities.
Perform configuration updates for clinical and financial tabs in PCC, ensuring alignment with operational needs and compliance standards.
Add and maintain payer profiles and related financial configurations in the EHR system.
Execute routine system updates and configuration changes based on user feedback and operational requirements.
Administrative Tasks & Audits
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Assist with documentation and tracking of system changes, including maintaining a configuration and change management log.
Collaborate with compliance and QA teams to validate system settings and workflows against state and federal guidelines.
Support user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, ensuring appropriate access controls are applied.
Field Collaboration & User Support
Work closely with clinical teams to understand real‑world workflows and translate them into system configurations.
Provide guidance and support to users on EHR functionality, helping troubleshoot issues and improve system usage.
Create and maintain user‑facing documentation such as SOPs, quick reference guides, and access workflows.
Assist in delivering training and refresher sessions to promote best practices and system adoption.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with or supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR); experience with PointClickCare preferred
Understanding of clinical workflows in a senior living environment (assisted living, memory care, or similar)
Experience coordinating or supporting system‑oriented projects across departments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
