System Expertise: Possess a strong working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including: UPS: Uninterruptible Power Supplies Generators: Backup power generation systems Chillers: Refrigeration systems for cooling equipment Switchgear: Electrical distribution and control equipment Commercial HVAC: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems Building Automation Systems (BAS) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical infrastructure systems. Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring. Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all critical infrastructure equipment. Track and analyze maintenance records to identify trends and proactively address potential issues. 24/7 Support: Respond to all critical alarms during after-hours periods as required. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of facility operations and best practices. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CMMS software and other relevant tools.
