Director, Client Executive; Treasury Services, Alts and Investment Management – position at BNY. Located in New York, NY. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, and position the bank as a leader in offering Treasury Solutions to clients across alternatives and investment management. Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of clients, serving as a strategic partner with large top-tier clients across investment management and alternatives (hedge funds, private credit, private equity) and pursue those with high-growth potential. Pursue advantageous strategic partnerships with third parties to better respond to prospect needs. Identify new prospects through in-depth industry research and an understanding of the market environment, including short- and long-term trends, competitor offerings, regulatory developments, etc. Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory, risk and compliance standards. Partner with cross-functional teams across various lines of business including product, risk and compliance, and legal to structure and execute deals. Stay informed on market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory updates. Educate internal and external clients on the benefits, challenges and evolving landscape of alternative investments. Drive alignment with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of cash management solutions for clients and cross-sell BNY’s capabilities across other lines of business. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred. 12+ years of work experience in sales preferred. Treasury Services/cash management experience with specific exposure to clients across alternatives, asset managers, and investment managers across hedge funds, alternatives, private equity, etc., preferred. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies. Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate a complex regulatory environment and mitigate risk effectively. Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders. Our Benefits And Rewards

Base salary range typical for this role is $127,000 to $210,000 per year at commencement of employment; actual base salary is determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is part of the total compensation package which may include commissions, bonuses, incentives, and benefit programs.
