Schedule: 7a-7:30p; rotating weekends and holidays. Onsite work. Job Responsibilities

Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes. Provide care to patients with critical or life-threatening illness, monitor and interpret rhythms, manage patients who are incubated and/or receiving mechanical ventilation, and monitor hemodynamic status and peritoneal dialysis as applicable. Recognize and assist patients in shock or those with other life-threatening complications; assist with emergency and elective cardio versions and insertion of temporary pacemakers as needed. Adhere to established organizational and departmental policies and procedures; report to the Nurse Manager/Director. Qualifications

Education Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse (RN - Massachusetts) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required with X months of hire Experience Critical Care experience preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required Physical Requirements Standing Frequently (34-66%), Walking Frequently (34-66%), Sitting Occasionally (3-33%) Lifting Frequently (34-66%) 35lbs+ (with assisted device) Carrying Frequently (34-66%) 20-35lbs Pushing/Pulling Occasionally (3-33%) Climbing Rarely (Less than 2%) Balancing Frequently (34-66%) Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching Occasionally (3-66%) Crawling Rarely (Less than 2%) Reaching Frequently (34-66%), Gross and Fine Manipulation Frequently (34-66%) Feeling Constantly (67-100%) Vision (Far/Near) Constantly; Hearing/Talking Constantly Work Details
