What to Expect
Develop, monitor, and improve the enterprise security program
Maintain awareness of existing and proposed enterprise security policies and provide support in their development
Identify regulatory changes impacting information security policies and recommend appropriate modifications
Lead the design and oversight of security controls for key projects and systems
Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper follow-up and closure of security findings and issues
What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in security domains
Knowledge of NIST 800-53, HITRUST, and ISO 27001
Strong understanding of security policies and compliance requirements
How to Stand Out
Certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP
