St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers with expertise and a passion in the area of Eating Disorders. Local candidates in MO are preferred but not required; eligible candidates located outside the St. Louis region may join via telehealth, provided they are licensed in Missouri. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing behavioral health treatment within our Eating Disorders program and carrying a caseload of outpatients in addition to opportunities to work within our Eating Disorders Intensive Outpatient Program. The team supports case consultation, continuing education, and program development in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Shift: Monday–Friday, dayshift. Onsite and remote work available. About The Eating Disorders Program

Comprehensive treatment program for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Emotional Overeating, Compulsive Exercising, and more. Opportunity to carry your own caseload of outpatients and provide treatment within the Eating Disorders Intensive Outpatient Program. Encouragement of subspecialty interests and training; caseload tailored to your expertise. Onboarding and Training Models

Onboarding Model : Full-time base salary guarantee (benefits-eligible) transitional plan, typically four months, to allow new providers time to build their caseload. Specialist-in-Training Model : Transitional plan of approximately six months for Licensed Providers who need additional training within their program area. Includes reduced minimum caseload, weekly supervision, didactic sessions, and enhanced treatment plan review. For both models, revenue generated by your cases that exceed your base salary guarantee will be attributed to you, enabling potential earnings above the minimum base salary. Please note that non-licensed providers might be eligible for our Postgraduate and Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunities. Details are available on our website. Qualifications

Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g., MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D) and full licensure by the State of Missouri to practice independently. Credentialing-eligible for managed care panels in Missouri; a 90-day wait period for insurance credentialing before starting.
