Position Overview ADT is seeking a Solutions Advisor for businesses. In this role you will take advantage of our ever-expanding line of innovative automation and smart security products and solutions to help make businesses smarter and people safer every day. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, interacting closely with customers and coworkers, and delivering solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
Responsibilities
Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience by building and maintaining customer relationships, exhibiting empathy and turning curious consumers into loyal customers.
Explain our products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions to customers.
Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions.
Work closely with customers and coworkers in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Enjoy helping people and get satisfaction from helping customers.
Possess strong business insight and general knowledge of key small business industries, technology trends and business challenges.
Want to help protect what clients value most – their people, property and assets.
Curious about new technology.
Ability to adapt quickly to competitive and customer needs.
Prioritize time effectively.
Strong communication and creative skills.
Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy and driven to succeed with a willingness to put in the work and grow with the company.
Benefits and Compensation
Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).
Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.
