Job Description Summary We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Capital Leader to join our Supply Chain Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing capital deployment across our network, with a particular focus on inventory, fixed assets, and working capital. Your work will center on data visualization, advanced analytics, and insightful storytelling that drive smarter capital investment decisions. You will partner closely with supply chain leaders to translate complex finance and operational data into clear, actionable strategies that improve cash flow, asset efficiency, and ROI.
What You’ll Do for Us Capital Planning & Optimization
Lead financial analysis for supply chain capital projects, including facility investments, warehouse expansion, and fleet upgrades.
Support capital budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and return targets.
Evaluate working capital requirements in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Data Visualization & Insights
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports (Power BI or similar) to track asset utilization, inventory turns, and capital efficiency KPIs.
Drive adoption of self-service dashboards for capital tracking and decision support.
Identify gaps in current capital reporting processes and propose enhancements.
Champion data visualization best practices across the finance function.
Business Partnering
Collaborate with supply chain operations, procurement, and engineering teams to model financial impacts of capital initiatives.
Present capital performance metrics to leadership in structured, visual formats that promote strategic discussions.
Provide post‑implementation reviews of capital projects to assess ROI and operational impact.
Lead with a bias for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with MBA and/or CPA preferred.
5–8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
Proven track record of managing capital planning and analysis.
Advanced skills in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel modeling.
Exceptional analytical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills; experience working with cross‑functional teams.
Change management leadership across multiple business functions with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
