Position Overview This is a professional position responsible for administering multiple scholarship and grant programs within the Student Aid and Access Division, Office of Higher Education. The role coordinates with students, high schools, and postsecondary institutions to administer program policies and procedures, including eligibility requirements, application processes, awards, and payments using both internal processes and external communications/partnerships. The employee will contribute to quarterly payment calculations, annual and ad-hoc reports, and support business operations by reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the information technology system documentation (MiSSG) and outreach methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Administer scholarship and grant programs, ensuring compliance with program policies and eligibility requirements.

Coordinate with students, high schools, and postsecondary institutions throughout the application and award process.

Prepare and submit quarterly payment calculations and annual/ad-hoc reports.

Review and recommend improvements to the MiSSG documentation and outreach materials.

Qualifications This position generally requires a bachelor's degree in any major.
