Public Policy and Language Specialist

Role Responsibilities
Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
Write fluently in both Simplified Chinese and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages.
Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in China.
Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content.
Leverage public policy expertise and bilingual communication skills to create accurate, culturally nuanced content.
Qualifications Must-Have
Native Mandarin speakers with strong written and spoken English.
Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field.
2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
