Cyber Risk Business Analyst
in Financial services Domain. As a Consultant, you will apply your technical proficiency to help develop enhance and maintain technology platforms for mitigating financial risks through the utilization of cutting-edge technology and data analytics. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design, support development of high quality code and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Experience as a Business Analyst in Cybersecurity, with focus on IAM and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Cybersecurity, with focus on IAM and risk management.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or Azure AD.
Familiarity with cyber risk frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
Exposure to regulatory requirements including SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
Ability to perform gap analysis, define control objectives, and support remediation planning.
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement for IAM and cyber risk initiatives.
Knowledge of threat modeling, risk assessment methodologies, and vulnerability management processes.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data warehousing tools for managing and analyzing large financial datasets.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills for regulatory reporting and risk management solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise cyber tools (e.g., OIM, CyberArk, SailPoint, OKTA or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
Experience with risk and compliance applications in top US and Canada financial organizations.
Ability to contribute to problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
Strong written and verbal communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
Experience and willingness to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
