Conduct training sessions for technicians and provide documentation on visit outcomes and product issues

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary technical degree preferred

At least 1 year of experience with commercial laundry equipment preferred

Familiarity with electrical diagnostics and ability to read electrical diagrams

Strong technical aptitude and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and app-based communication tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous service experience in the laundry equipment industry

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience with customer training and technical support

Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and travel requirements
