What You’ll Do

Be the main contact on‑site: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Makino machines at customer facilities.

Train users and share your technical know‑how.

Bridge the gap between Makino and our customers as the front‑line expert.

Document your work with precision and attention to detail.

Collaborate with our Customer Support tech systems and Knowledge Products team.

What You Bring

Strong mechanical aptitude—experience with motors, drives, transformers, and machine tools is a big plus.

Hands‑on troubleshooting skills and a tech‑savvy mindset.

Experience in machine tool installation, maintenance, or repair (preferred).

A valid driver’s license and readiness for regional travel.

Sharp communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

A cool head under pressure and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

2‑year technical degree in Electrical/Automation OR 1+ year hands‑on experience in a related field.

Manufacturing experience via internship, co‑op, or job is a big plus.
