Desired Skills
Previous Formboard building experience preferred
Associate degree in a technical field or similar
Hands on experience with Cable Harness or Electrical Ground Support Equipment fabrication or manufacturing preferred
Production Development or Manufacturing build experience
AutoCAD, CREO/Harness Builder and Zukin or similar experience
Experience working in a large aerospace or automotive company
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space or industry equivalent tools (ERP/SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, etc)
Active Secret clearance

Manufacturing Engineering Aide Sr.
to support our Electronic Assembly & Harness Program in
Courtland, AL ! This role requires organization with exceptional attention to detail. You will collaborate with program management, our customer, manufacturing engineers, technicians, and other key essential team members supporting manufacturing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and build Cable Harness Formboards
Implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling
Utilize computer-aided manufacturing software to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement
Create and analyze 3D-based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process and digital work instructions
Leverage understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence
Investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence
Integrate reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement
Provide input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
Security Clearance Secret (US citizen required)
Location Courtland, AL 35618
Shift & Schedule First shift – 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week (Onsite, Full-time)
