North Carolina Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) / Licensed Behavior Analysis (LBA) role at Achievement Behavior Services. Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that provides high‑quality ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. The agency is BCBA owned and operated and seeks certified clinicians dedicated to making a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Supervise, evaluate, and mentor BCBA‑candidates and behavior technicians.
Implement evidence‑based treatment plans in home and community settings.
Schedule and conduct parent training sessions (PCT).
Coordinate interdisciplinary care with teachers, school providers, and other personnel.
Conduct initial and reassessment FBAs and modify programs based on data analysis.
Provide support and multi‑tiered communication to families, technicians, and colleagues.
Ensure high standards of care and services.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related human services field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
Experience with assessments such as Vineland, VB‑MAPP, ATEC, etc.
Excellent clinical judgement, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Experience developing and implementing behavioral intervention and skill acquisition plans for individuals with challenging behaviors and developmental disabilities.
Knowledge of DTT and naturalistic ABA programming.
Flexibility to respond promptly to phone calls, texts, and emails.
Completed mandatory employee training and ongoing professional development.
Malpractice insurance.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
In‑person position with potential hybrid format; provide direct 1:1 services and parent counseling in clients’ homes.
