Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner—online, over the phone, and in person Learn each customer’s needs and help match them to the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle Lead customers through the sales process including test drives, product presentations, and financing options Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction and build lasting relationships Collaborate with teammates and management to meet and exceed monthly goals Requirements
