American Furniture Warehouse providesapaid trainingperiod forallHome Furnishings Consultants.We offer a weekly pay guarantee of $680 ($17/Hour-40 Hours)with a commission pay structure andhigh earning potential.Additional details available during the interview process. $22.06 draw rate after training. Up to $100,000/year in commission!

Willingness to learn about the industry, the products, and the customers Maintain a professional appearance and followthe dress guidelines. Attenddaily meetings and required training. Have a flexible scheduleand work all shifts, which include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Follow the guidelines set forth in theAFW Code of Conduct for Home Furnishings Consultants. Assist in the maintaining of the showroom including daily cleaning, vacuuming, and tagging. Adhere to the AFW asset protectionpolicies in helping to identify and prevent fraud. Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments tocontinuouslyimprove processes,maximizeefficiency,and exceed customer service expectations. Requires the ability to maneuver in confined and at times congested areas. Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 plus hours a day.
