Base Pay Range
$112,000.00/yr - $197,000.00/yr
Position Summary
This role involves overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and engaging with community outreach programs.
What You'll Do
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and manage related pharmacy programs in accordance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Maintain merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels. Model, enforce, and provide guidance on customer service approaches to resolve customer needs within company guidelines. Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage team members to participate as community ambassadors. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
Preferred Qualifications
U.S. pharmacy related experience.
