Job Description: Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and support a team of business analysts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Assign, prioritize, and oversee team workloads to ensure timely project delivery and performance excellence. Conduct peer reviews and provide coaching to help team members achieve project goals. Oversee the gathering and analysis of business requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Lead documentation of business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements. Ensure consistent use of requirements management tools and methodologies across the team. Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and development teams for project alignment. Collaborate with project managers and product owners to prioritize backlogs, mitigate risks, and ensure execution efficiency. Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business needs and communicate project updates to leadership. Monitor and track progress on multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely deliverables. Review outputs such as user stories, process flows, and traceability matrices for alignment with business goals. Lead efforts in testing and validation to confirm that delivered solutions meet business needs. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology. Requirement/Must Have

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with experience managing product and sprint backlogs. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience in process modeling, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to drive insights. Experience working with enterprise-level systems and multi-module applications. Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar requirements management tools. Should Have

Leadership and mentoring experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and automated testing tools. Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, PMP, or similar are preferred. Skills
