Territory Implementation Consultant – Automotive SaaS – NY
Pay:
$70,000 to $120,000 base + $15k to $25k bonus Year 1 (target $35k to $50k+ Year 2)
Travel:
~80 percent in-state

Remote, field based in NY
About The Product Electronic titling, registration, and compliance software for auto dealerships.
The role Own the client journey from onboarding through ongoing support. You’ll travel to dealerships, implement the software, train users, solve issues, and build trusted relationships while working independently.
What You’ll Do
Lead client onboarding from kickoff through implementation
Train dealership teams on site and via web conference
Troubleshoot issues and support product adoption in the field
Use CRM and BI tools to automate workflows and surface insights
Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
Hit client satisfaction goals and performance targets
What You Bring
Must have experience in Auto SaaS onboarding, implementation and teaching dealerships Comfort running remote trainings
Salesforce proficiency preferred
