THE POSITION
We are looking for a dynamic, growth-minded Vice President of Sales & Marketing to spearhead our next stage of expansion. This role is not just about managing teams, it’s about creating impact, shaping strategy, and unlocking growth opportunities across North America. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B sales leader with a strong background in services (preferably call center / BPO services or financial services) and / or technology sales, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and the ability to thrive in cross-border environments. Responsibilities
Design and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams—coaching, mentoring, and building a culture of winning. Provides leadership to a Director of Sales and a Marketing Director with their corresponding sales and marketing team.
Drive new business: spearhead outside sales initiatives, expand market presence, and identify strategic partnerships.
Own the customer journey: manage key accounts, deliver exceptional client experiences, and build long-term trust.
Leverage technology: optimize CRM tools (Zoho) to track performance, analyze market trends, and deliver actionable insights.
Champion the brand: direct marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and digital initiatives that strengthen market presence.
Negotiate and close: lead contract negotiations and high-value deal-making to maximize profitability.
Stay ahead: conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience (e.g., VP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Sales, Director of Sales or similar) in B2B sales with marketing exposure and familiarity with proven success in services and / or technology sectors. Prefer experience in call center / BPO services and / or financial services.
Strong record in outside sales, business development, and account management.
Expertise in proposal / RFP responses and target marketing campaigns.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills—”you know how to win.”
Strategic leadership with the ability to manage, inspire, motivate, and scale diverse teams.
Strong analytical and organizational skills coupled with strong decision-making ability.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
Bilingual English / Spanish and comfortable with frequent travel in the U.S. and Mexico.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. MBA a plus.
