Manager, Product Management - Retail Bank Data At Capital One, we believe great products begin with a deep understanding of our customers. As a Product Manager focusing on Data Modernization, you will join a team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to create a real-time, intelligent data platform for the Bank of the future. You will be responsible for building and executing the strategy for the future of database usage at Retail Bank, including capabilities to enable quick retrieval of information, support data analysts, and help migrate to a modern data ecosystem. Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
Current or in-progress pursuit of a quantitative degree, with expectation to complete by start date:
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800; New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200; Wilmington, DE: $144,000 - $164,400. Other locations follow the applicable pay range for that location. The actual offer will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance-based incentives (cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives).
