Responsibilities
Prepare, assign and delegate responsibilities for the operation of the various F & B sub‑departments, including Banquets.
Ensure compliance with all F & B policies, procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Maintain the safety of team members and the cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
Monitor inventory of food, beverages and supplies to meet par requirements.
Assist in conducting monthly inventories.
Keep storage rooms, refrigerator and freezer organized.
Assist in ordering and receiving necessary food products, beverages and supplies.
Ensure the kitchen is staffed, clean and that inventory levels and equipment are functioning properly.
Comply with company and franchise standards of operation procedures and regulatory agencies, ensuring daily product quality and brand standards.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations encompassing food and beverage, restaurant and banquet service techniques, and health and safety regulations.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Effective written and oral communication in English.
Ability to create and promote a positive work environment among team members.
Capacity to work under pressure and perform well in stressful situations.
Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
Compensation Pay Scale: $37.15–$63.53 per hour (Exempt/Salaried Position Type). State/market rate may vary.
