Job Description U.S. Bank is seeking a talented Sr. Adobe Campaign Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns. Specifically, responsible for campaign management, working with multiple business lines across the company to gather campaign requirements, building and executing marketing campaigns. The role may include supervisory, or coordination of campaign development activities performed by third party vendors including offshore resources. This position requires an understanding of marketing and customer data for portfolio campaigns and may include collaboration with other campaign execution teams to support cross-sell marketing. Portfolio campaigns also requires relational database models and experience in SQL programming in Oracle and Netezza databases as well as familiarity with Campaign Management applications such as Adobe Campaign Manager, SAS, Toad, SQL Loader, SFTP protocols, Java, cron. Must be able to work independently with strong analytic, communication and project management skills.

Additional responsibilities Works with internal business teams to interpret business requirements into campaign data requirements. Build and execute campaigns. Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected result and campaign requirements are satisfied. Optimize process, campaigns, workflows to improve efficiency and increase output. Interface closely with internal teams for project management and scheduling. Coordinate campaign inputs and deliverables with internal and external partners. Collaborate with Analytics/Reporting team to confirm campaign reporting and tracking objectives are built into campaigns. Maintain marketing campaign schedules and negotiate priorities.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

At least 7 years experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data

Location Expectations The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension. Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
