What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Track and report on lease expirations and other critical dates
Assist the transactions team with documentation and financial analysis throughout the transaction management process
Draft and process requests for service and client initiation documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting for portfolio reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with C&W revenue reporting systems and real estate technology platforms
Familiarity with market surveys and demographic information analysis
Background in preparing negotiation summaries or RFP comparison matrixes
Skills in facilitating commission invoicing and managing transaction communication tools
