This role is with Swedish Match North America LLC, a leading producer of nicotine pouches and smokeless tobacco products. You will manage sales and operations within the Statesboro, GA region, driving revenue growth and brand presence.
Responsibilities
Sell and service Swedish Match products in retail stores within the assigned geography.
Gain new distribution, execute promotions, and manage merchandising across all assigned stores.
Use data to develop fact‑based presentations for customers and adhere to the call process.
Handle administrative aspects of the job, including expense tracking and point‑of‑sale material management.
Maintain product freshness and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience in consumer goods sales.
Experience selling durable or non‑durable consumer goods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem‑solving ability and capacity to develop creative solutions.
Critical thinking and ability to act in sales situations.
Analytical skills to interpret data and develop a sales plan.
Planning skills to prioritize activities and achieve results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business math.
Residence within the assigned geographical area.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, and carry bags and boxes as part of sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
Compensation Annual base salary range: $60,000–$80,000.
