Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)
We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join our Albuquerque, NM security team and oversee the classified information security program. Job Description • Oversee and manage the classified information security program; develop and implement information security policies, standards and procedures. • Support the full life cycle of Information Systems (IS) including preparing accreditation/certification packages, maintaining and monitoring operational systems, system upgrades and feature additions during program execution, and system decommission and de-certification activities. • Develop Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation packages and maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) certifications for networked systems and ARA applications. • Develop IS documentation including executive summaries, system security plans, privacy plans, security control assessments, risk assessments, equipment specifications, and plans of action and milestones. • Conduct security assessments & hardening, investigate security incidents (data spills, data integrity incidents, malicious code incidents), and ensure compliance with operating systems and security standards. Qualifications SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance. 5-7 years of relevant experience, including previous ISSO/ISSM roles. DoD Directive 8570.1 IAM Level II or higher certification. Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117, DAAG, NIST RMF, DoDM 5205.07, and/or JSIG IS requirements. Experience with Windows, Server, Linux/Unix operating systems. Knowledge of eMASS applications and Security+ certification. Education High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Salary Range
$100,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience) Benefits
