What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus.
A proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results.
Self-motivation and a relentless desire to exceed goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and move fast without sacrificing quality.
Openness to coaching and continuous improvement — because growth never stops.
Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM systems; comfortable using multiple digital platforms.
A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
A passion for helping people succeed — and seeing the impact of your work every day.
Bonus Points For
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
1+ year of recruiting, sales, or staffing industry experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare roles.
Phone-based experience (customer service, inside sales, or call center).
Consultative or relationship-based sales experience.
