Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
In this role you will act as Manufacturing Engineer and product quality at Suppliers (source) to drive problem solving, first time right, DFMAT and process enhancement. Your Role
Proactively monitoring and measuring product/process quality and performance trends and troubleshooting of production/release issues. Act as supplier engineering Single Point of Contact to develop, support, and drive equipment qualification and process validation and verification plans and lead continuous improvement projects based on process/product trends, customer complaints, industry standards and government regulations. Assuring quality systems of OEMs, manufacturers and suppliers are maintained and acceptance criteria are in alignment with component/product use and customer expectations. Providing Quality oversight of product/process change requests from suppliers, ensuring appropriate regulatory review and adequate validation to support requested changes. Serving as internal and supplier quality auditor, managing planning, execution, reporting and closure of audits and audit findings. You're The Right Fit If
5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality with a manufacturing or product quality focus. Skills include technical innovation and leadership, mechanical and/or electrical engineering, understanding of GMP practices and FDA regulations and proficiency with relevant PC software applications. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job. Experienced in DFMAT (Design for Manufacturability and Testability) and process enhancement at suppliers, with ability to apply DFMEA to review CTS/CTQ (Critical to Safety and Quality) for Process Validation and Validation plan at suppliers. Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements for this Office/Remote position (with or without accommodation). How We Work Together
