Retail Front End Supervisor - Full Time
Join Burlington Stores as a Retail Front End Supervisor. In this role you will lead the front‑end operations, support store management, drive sales and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
Build a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
Resolve issues and make informed decisions to maintain exceptional customer service.
Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
Lead community relations participation through company programs.
Manage meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Requirements
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big box, or specialty environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Capable of moving, handling, and lifting store merchandise weighing 40 lb. or more and standing/walking for extended periods.
