Data Scientist / Gen AI Lead Consultant
– We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end‑to‑end implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions, including model fine‑tuning, data ingestion, and production deployment across cloud platforms.
This role focuses on aligning cutting‑edge generative AI capabilities with business data strategies for multiple clients, leveraging Python, large language models, and modern AI frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent with at least three years of progressive experience in relevant specialties.
Proven experience in generative AI, agentic AI, and data science with hands‑on machine learning.
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Deployment experience of Gen AI applications using frameworks such as Langgraph, Autogen, or Crew AI.
Experience deploying Gen AI stacks/services on AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM Watson, or similar platforms.
Advanced RAG‑based solution development with large language models.
Ability to process and ingest unstructured data from PDFs, HTML, image files, audio, and other sources.
Solid background in data quality, system architecture, and coding best practices.
Hand‑on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
Knowledge of Lean/Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with multiple programming languages (Python, R, Scala, Java, SQL).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
Proficiency in NoSQL and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, DynamoDB).
Deep learning expertise (CNNs, RNN, LSTMs) and recent research trends.
Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
Expertise in LLM fine‑tuning and local deployment of open‑source models.
Ability to build RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience with model evaluation tools (DeepEval, FMeval, RAGAS, Bedrock).
Background in computer vision or time‑series data analysis.
Strong background in Big Data technologies (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Scala).
Data visualization tools (Tableau) and query languages (SQL, Hive).
Applied statistics skills (distributions, tests, regression).
