Salary USD 51,000.00 – 63,500.00 per year
Job Summary Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire, train and supervise in‑store product demonstrators. The role includes overseeing product preparation, presentation, training and service excellence, and coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and other stakeholders, especially for new location grand openings.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Recruit, train and hire part‑time staff.
Oversee product preparation and presentation, addressing food safety and sanitation.
Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
Support event activation, sales and operational excellence.
Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust plans.
Achieve defined revenue and net‑income objectives through strategy and expense management.
Participate in new location grand openings as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct, train, coach, guide and develop direct reports.
No indirect reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
3‑5 years of experience in a consumer‑packaged goods client‑side or supplier‑side role.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong supervisory skills (delegating, training, evaluating).
Customer relationship building.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to direct, lead and develop people.
