We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Physical Therapists to join our friendly tight-knit rehabilitation team Whether you are an experienced therapist looking for your next challenge or a new graduate ready to start your journey with strong mentorship and support we would love to hear from you
What You Will Do Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for residents recovering from surgery illness or injury Deliver patient-centered therapy to improve mobility strength and independence Collaborate closely with occupational and speech therapists nursing staff and physicians to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes using our user-friendly EMR system Contribute to a positive and engaging therapy experience for our residents
What We Are Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist PT in California or eligible for licensure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to compassionate resident-first care SNF or geriatric experience preferred but not required Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented setting
