Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh is seeking a Hospitalist and Nocturnist to provide premier inpatient services in Oshkosh, Wis. The center is a level 3 trauma center with full subspecialty support as well as strong support from hospital administration. Position highlights
Twenty-four (24) weeks of work per year - 168 shifts 12 hour shifts, block schedule Quality patient/physician encounters Minimal night rotations for day Hospitalists ICU and procedures available at your desire, not required Competitive compensation ($305,500-$400,000) and student loan forgiveness available EPIC EMR Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients Training and/or experience required
