Job Description Your Job: In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Telecom Tech is responsible for timely and exceptional customer service to all users including, supporting desktop telephone hardware, voice cabling, maintaining telephone switch programming and functions. The person in this role will maintain detailed records of problems and solutions in the Help Desk database as well as any other applicable documentation.
Job Requirements
Two year degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent technical training and/or experience (military and/or industrial training)
