Job Summary:
As a Programmatic Trader, you will be responsible for the hands‑on delivery of programmatic campaigns. You will be an active partner with Client Services and Sales, and coordinate work for advertisers/brands within your portfolio across the team. You are adept at team communication, escalation, and work well within a matrixed organization. You will ensure optimal execution of Nexxen’s suite of products, driving adoption by exceeding clients’ expectations of service and performance while maximizing profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with Customer and Sales teams to support Nexxen’s Clients and deliver renowned customer experiences.
Develop and implement optimal strategy and execution of client campaigns in the DSP, ensuring overall business portfolio health (performance, pace & profitability).
Provide operational training for clients on Nexxen’s DSP benefits and best practices.
Communicate primarily with internal teams and occasionally with external partners to explain platform tools and campaign management best practices.
Serve as main operational point of contact for campaign‑specific questions (optimizations, Nexxen Products, site lists, RFPs, data utilization).
Proactively notify stakeholders about day‑to‑day performance, revenue pacing, margin goals, improvement areas and future business opportunities.
Identify problems and develop solutions, creating new delivery strategies and helping others understand how new products and platform capabilities improve campaign health.
Organize and submit platform issues or feature suggestions to improve workflows.
Stay up‑to‑speed on industry knowledge, new technology, and emerging trends, as well as Nexxen’s perspectives.
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a client‑management role.
Strong working knowledge of advertising technology is required.
Proficiency in the online media buying and selling ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, DMPs, & Measurement Providers.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
Strong analytical skills, synthesizing and deciphering data to produce solutions.
Strong initiative, ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
Ability to work independently, define/manage objectives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL and other database management programs.
Salary and Benefits Pay transparency: The minimum and maximum full‑time annual base salary for this role in NY is $65,000 – $85,000 at time of posting, with potential incentive or bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company‑paid holidays.
